NEW APARTMENTS IN PRAgue 4

Zahrady Opatov is a residential project that will be realized by Sekyra Group in Praha 4 – Opatov, near the Litochlebské Square. The new building with 182 residential units will be located in the area between Chilská and Hviezdoslavova in the walking distance (about 250 meters) away from the Opatov underground station at the C line. Therefore, the project will create the new urban center that’s about to grow in this neighborhood.

New apartments in Praha 4 will be on offer, in the size between 1+kk up to spacious 4+kk and 5+kk. Selected apartments on the ground floor will feature their own front gardens. Most apartments on other floors will offer a balcony or a terrace.
The Zahrady Opatov project is built on the area of about 70 x 75m. There’s an underground floor below the building, and above the ground, the residential complex is divided to 3 rectangular wings that opens up to the south, creating the atrium with front gardens and leisure time zone for the residents. On the 1st underground and 1st aboveground floor, which falls below the terrain on three sides, there are garage parking stands for passenger cars, cellars for the apartments, pram rooms, technical facilities and engine rooms.
The developer project Zahrady Opatov also features smaller commercial areas. There are 182 apartments of all categories designed between the 2nd and 9th floor. New apartments are divided into 4 independent sections, connected vertically from the garages up to the upper floors by a separate staircase and elevators. Two main entrances are located on the northern side of the building; the entrance to the underground garages is located in the east.

In terms of traffic, these new apartments in Praha 4 will be connected by the new branch of the local road going northward, leading to Hviezdoslavova Street just behind the intersection with Bachova Street.
In their free time, the residents and their friends can visit the Hostivař Park with the lake, or the Milíčov Forest. Both are located nearby. The planning permit as well as the building permit have been already issued.
